Pram Power classes are designed for new mums to gently ease back into exercise. Work on toning those tummy muscles and build strength for the physical demands of being a mum.
All exercise is low impact and suitable for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. Expect great results!
Meet other mums. No nanny required - we keep the kids entertained with songs, counting and keeping on the move. Babies through to toddlers are welcome to join us and exercise with mum.
We currently offer classes in Pirrama Park, Pyrmont and Redfern Park, Redfern.
We are very happy to trial pop up sites within Sydney so if you have an enthusiastic group of mums ready to exercise with their baby, please get in touch.
